Travel information
There will be a member of staff from Edinburgh School of English to welcome students on arrival and ensure that they reach their accommodation in comfort and safety in a supervised environment. They will be clearly identifiable from their Edinburgh School of English purple t-shirts or sweatshirts and will provide students with an identity card with their new address and telephone number in Edinburgh. On the day of departure students are taken to the airport in plenty of time and again will be met by one of our 'meet and greet' team and assisted through the check-in process.
Transfers
Return transfers from Edinburgh Airport are included (subject to flight times).
Arrivals and Departures
For both Edinburgh and St. Andrews, students should arrive on the Sunday before the course starts and leave on the Saturday after the course finishes between 0900-2200. For those who do not arrive on the Sunday or depart on the Saturday, transfer supplement is payable as follows:
- Edinburgh – GBP 50.00 one way
