There is also an excellent bus connection from the airport into the city centre, with a journey time of approximately 20 minutes.

When staying in Edinburgh, most students choose to travel around the city by bus, and the bus service in the city is one of the best in the United Kingdom, offering a frequent and far reaching service to all parts of the city. A “Ridacard” – or city bus pass – will allow you unlimited travel on all the city’s red buses. These passes are available only a fi ve minute walk from the school and are used by the majority of students at the school.

Public transport in Edinburgh is comfortable, safe and easy to use. Drivers are helpful and friendly and the view from the top deck of the buses can be second to none!
