The Edinburgh School of English has a track record of helping students to achieve excellent examination results. This success is gained through our dedicated examination classes. These classes enable you to focus entirely on exam preparation and practice. You will be trained to communicate effectively in a wide range of themes and topics. In developing competency with the spoken test, students will be trained in social, negotiating and collaborative skills. These skills are transferable to everyday contexts, to formal study and to professional situations.
The course includes Fluency Practice Workshops to develop active expression of the language and Masterclasses which are exam practice tasks set by the teacher and monitored by active guidance.
In all courses, the duration of a lesson is 60 minutes. Some lessons may be taught as 1.5 hour sessions.
