BULATS Test


Business Language Testing Service (BULATS):

The Business Language Testing Service (BULATS) is a Cambridge ESOL evaluation service for business English and is recognised by a large number of multi-national corporations and institution.


The computer-based test is the perfect way to complement any of our courses.  The test is designed for working adults or adults who will be professionals in the future. The test is adaptive and based on English language-learning relating to a professional context.



BULATS Test

Take BULATS if you want to:


  1. Assess your language level
  2. Demonstrate your language level via a professional test recognized worldwide and by the Council of Europe
  3. Obtain accreditation in language skills recognized in the employment market


Its advantages:

  • It is a computer-based test, which lasts only 75 minutes.
  • At the end of the test, you will be given a certificate along with a personalized assessment of your language skills.
  • The score you obtain is valid for 2 years.


Cost: £30


Dates: Dates for the BULATS exam are arranged at the time of booking. As Edinburgh School of English is a testing centre, we can arrange a convenient date and time to suit your schedule.
